3. Japanese Software Engineer

Job description
Responsibilities

• Analyze and design applications
• Write design/implementation documents
• Develop applications; participate in design/code reviews
• Follow the working processes defined by company and customer
• Ensure the progress, quality of work and report to Team Leader
• Adhere to strict delivery schedules.

Job requirement
Qualification

• Good reading/writing document in Japanese (N3, 03 kyu): required
• Having experience in creating System Design and Detail Design.
• Having knowledge in Database management and programming experience.
• Having experience (at least 4~6 months) in COBOL language

(Ability in reading, understanding and coding the COBOL source code is a plus.)

4. Middle Quality Assurance (QA)

Job description
Responsibilities

• Verify project specific processes assets which are defined by the project team to ensure they conform to the approved project Tailoring Checklist,
• Prepare and maintain the QA documents in project including: Project QA Plan, Project QA Schedule, and all the specific checklists for evaluation activities,
• Establish QA repository and tools if any,
• Conduct the process evaluations and work products evaluations as planned.
• Cooperate with the concerned personnel to analyze the non-compliances, and offer the corrective actions if need,
• Follow-up and track NCs to close,
• Conduct audit to CM activities as planned, and follow the findings (if have) to close.
• Evaluate project status then give professional advices to improve project quality and effectiveness, and/or to handle project issues.
• Prepare QA Summary Report to submit to QA Manager and SM/PM
• Able to consult project team in applying IVC processes to project
• Report to QA Leader, and PL/PM at weekly

Job requirement

• Have knowledge in quality assurance and software development
• Planning skill: Capability to develop Project QA Schedule with fully necessary tasks
• Ms Word and Excel skill: Capability to refine template/document as request if need
• Instruction skill: Capability to guide other people on applying process steps and fixing NC
• Soft skill: Communication skill, Reporting skill, Team work skill, Interpersonal skill
• Relevant experience:

+ Joined in software development projects as QA at least 1 year.
+ Or have been working in software development projects for a CMMI company less than 2 year at any other role

5. Middle QC Engineer (Tester)

• Minimum 02 years experience in testing

6. Senior QC Engineer (Tester)

• Estimate the testing work with requirement understanding
• Execute test and following the quality status of project until end of project
• Make test report for statistic and lesson-learnt
• Make daily report as request
• Coach lower level staffs in testing works
